When you send a project brief, we collect the name, email address, company name if provided, and message you submit. We may also receive basic technical data such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, request logs, and security events from our hosting and email providers.
How We Use It
We use enquiry data to respond to your message, assess whether a project fits our services, prepare next steps, protect the website, and keep business records where needed. We do not use the lead form to add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask for that.
Service Providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and receive enquiries, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Resend for email delivery, Microsoft 365 for mailbox handling, and Google Fonts for font delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us.
Cross-Border Processing
Some providers may process or store data outside the United Arab Emirates. When cross-border processing is needed, we use reputable providers, account-level access controls, and contractual or platform safeguards offered by those providers.
Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, protect the site, and meet legal, accounting, or dispute-related requirements. If an enquiry does not become a project, we can delete it on request unless we need to keep limited records for legitimate business or legal reasons.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for a small business website, including HTTPS, Cloudflare security controls, limited mailbox access, secret environment variables for API keys, and no public exposure of Resend API credentials.

This site does not run behavioural advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare and browser infrastructure may use technical cookies or logs needed for security, delivery, and network protection.
Children
This website is for business enquiries and is not directed to children. Do not submit personal data about children through the contact form.
